- Shipping is based per item and goes through USPS.
- We will process an oder as soon as received, with the exceptions of Sundays.
- Packages are shipped in boxes or mailer envelopes.
- 5-7 business days is the standard time frame, not considering shipping or product delays, unforeseen circumstances such as inclement weather, and Acts of God.
- Digital Downloads are yours instantly.
Returns are generally not accepted on any handmade items. Due to the nature of these products, slight variations may occur and so please note that when placing your order. However we want our customers to be happy and confident in their purchases. For this reason we consider returns on a case by case basis. EVA TO AVE INC. upholds the right to deny any exchange, refund, or return for any reason.
To return an item, please email customer service at firstname.lastname@example.org. Please include the following information:
- Full name
- Order Number
- E-mail used to place order
- Reason for return request
*Please note in the event your return is accepted, you will be responsible for all return shipping charges. We strongly recommend that you use a trackable method to mail your return.
After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your refund. Please allow at least seven (7) days from the receipt of your item to process this. Refunds may take 1-2 billing cycles to appear on your credit card statement, depending on your credit card company.
DIGITAL AND PERSONALIZED PRODUCTS MAY NOT BE RETURNED, even upon request.
